We could make you pay for what you've done
but we voted you should suffer
So we built a girl for you from crystal
who will shatter when you touch her
and in the evening
when you are in the mourning
of your finely crafted beaut
we will send to you a fresh lady,
a flesh lady,
but render you a mute.

Great play with pay/suffer and evening/mourning.
Lastly, I enjoy the ambiguity of who "we" and "you" are, but you might want to consider writing another poem that explores what it is exactly that the "you" has done and who their judges are.
